Walid Kanzari holds a master’s degree in Information Technology. He began his career as an IT system management and organization consultant. Since 2003, he has been growing in the recruitment sector as a consultant for major stakeholders in the manufacturing, distribution, consumer goods, banking, and finance industries. He helps important SMEs and international consortiums resolve various problems related to the recruitment of teams of managers and experts, structural organization optimization, leadership evaluation and succession planning.
His televised talks and conferences revolve around the human side of succession planning. Walid is a member of the board of directors of the Association des professionnels de la communication et du marketing du Québec (APCM), the human resources committee of the Conseil de la transformation alimentaire du Québec (CTAQ), and French Founders, a global network of select francophone business leaders.
Appointed CEO of Groupe Everest in December 2017, Walid has tasked himself with positioning the business as a global leader in executive recruitment and talent management.
